templiva (operated by CODY GRANT WINTERS) sells exclusively digital products — downloadable Notion templates that are delivered electronically. We do not sell, ship, or distribute any physical goods. This Shipping Policy (referred to as our "Digital Delivery Policy") explains how your digital products are delivered to you upon purchase.

Because all products are digital, there are no shipping costs, no packaging, no courier services, no tracking numbers, and no customs or import duties associated with your order. Your product arrives instantly, anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection and a valid email address.

By completing a purchase on templiva.shop, you acknowledge and agree to the delivery terms set out in this policy.

Delivery Method

Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email from us containing a secure download link for your purchased template(s). This email is sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

The download link is typically delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. However, in rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

Email server processing times;
Spam or junk folder filtering;
Technical issues with your email provider;
Incorrect email address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive your download email within 24 hours of purchase, please first check your spam or junk folder. If the email is still missing, contact our support team at support@templiva.shop with your order number, and we will resend your link promptly.

Download Limits and Expiry

Each download link provided is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and allows for up to 5 download attempts. After the 30‑day period or after 5 download attempts (whichever comes first), the link will expire.

If you need a new link after expiry — for example, if you lost the file or need to re‑download — please reach out to support@templiva.shop with your order number, and we will generate a fresh link for you at no additional cost.

No Physical Shipment

Because no physical items are involved in your purchase, there are no shipping costs, no customs declarations, and no delivery delays due to weather, carrier issues, postal strikes, or customs inspections. Your product is delivered instantly to your inbox, regardless of your location.

We do not use couriers, postal services, or any third‑party shipping carriers. No tracking number will be provided because no physical package is being sent.

Technical Support for Delivery

If you have trouble downloading, opening, or duplicating the template file into your Notion workspace, we offer free technical assistance. Simply email support@templiva.shop with a description of the issue and your order number, and we will help you resolve it.

Our support team typically responds within 48 hours. We are committed to ensuring you can access and use the template you purchased.

International Delivery

As all products are digital, delivery is instantaneous and does not depend on geographic location. Customers in the United States, Australia, Canada, and all other countries receive their download link at the same time — immediately upon payment confirmation.

There are no customs fees, duties, or import taxes applicable to digital products, as nothing is being physically imported into your country.
